Local SEO Across San Antonio Neighborhoods

San Antonio customers narrow by side of town and by loop. The pages should be organised the same way.

Use the names people actually type

Stone Oak, Southtown, King William, Alamo Heights, the Medical Center, Government Hill. People search the pocket or the side of town, because the city name says nothing about the drive.

Get the suburbs right too. Schertz, Converse, Helotes, and Boerne are separate searches, and folding them into a San Antonio page loses all of them.

Stop publishing one page eight times

The standard move is to write once and duplicate with the name swapped. Search engines flagged that pattern years back, and a reader spots it the moment your Stone Oak page starts describing Victorian ironwork.

Take the place name out. If the Stone Oak page and the next one read the same afterwards, you wrote one and published it twice.

The housing stock is the real difference

King William and Southtown are Victorian and early-century, with the wiring and foundations to match. Much of the inner loop is 1950s and 1960s ranch on slab. Stone Oak and the far north went up in the last thirty years on rock, with HOAs attached.

Then tie it to the trade: what makes access awkward there, which condenser unit call comes most, and where the estimate lands above what people expect.

Write the boundary as a drive

A fifteen-mile radius is meaningless across a county this size. Fifteen miles on 281 at ten in the morning and the same fifteen at five are different jobs.

Put it the way you dispatch. Inside 410. North of the river on scheduled days. Outside 1604 by quote.

Mention the aquifer if it touches your work

A large stretch of the north side sits over the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone, and that brings real restrictions on drainage, impervious cover, and what can go in the ground.

If your trade runs into it, say so. It is the sort of detail that tells a homeowner immediately that you actually work here.

Count jobs, not sessions

Grade the pages on booked work. Three condenser unit jobs a month off a quiet page beats a busy one that never rings.

Sixty days is a fair run. A page earning nothing by then almost always failed to say anything only you could say.
